Marie-Ange Noué is an executive Medical Affairs leader with almost 20 years of experience transforming how medical affairs organizations communicate science and demonstrate medical value. Most recently, she served as Senior Director and Head of North America Scientific Communications at EMD Serono, where she led Medical Information, Scientific Communications, Publications, Medical Education, Medical Review, and Grants across the United States and Canada.
Marie-Ange currently serves as President of phactMI and is recognized for advancing innovative approaches that move Medical Communications beyond traditional activity metrics toward meaningful measures of impact, including changes in clinical understanding, scientific engagement, and patient outcomes. She is a frequent speaker on topics including Medical Affairs transformation, omnichannel engagement, artificial intelligence, and the future of scientific communications.
In addition to her industry leadership, Marie-Ange is co-founder of the Niabang Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to healthcare in underserved communities. She holds a PhD in Chemistry and is a Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP).
